When it comes to weight loss, there is no shortage of advice. The Internet is flooded with tips on how to lose weight. But how many of these tips get you results? You will never know. In this article, I am selective list of tips that have proven to work well and helped people lose weight. These tips may seem simple, but they are powerful. You know how the effectiveness of such advice is that when you start to use them.

1) Make less use of your car

You're used to using a car or bike, make a conscious effort to look for opportunities to not use your car. Give a chance to your newspaper to take you to places that are not far away. Another way to use your legs is to let you ride to your destination. It's simple advice, but as I said at the beginning, it is very efficient. Chances are you have not tried before. You will be surprised to know how many calories you can burn by walking or cycling for a short time each day.

2) Know when to make your cardiovascular workouts

When did you do your cardiovascular workouts? Probably you do when you have time, if all you are doing them. The best time to do these workouts is before taking your food, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Studies have shown that cardiovascular exercise performed just before the intake of food is 300 percent more effective if they are done at other times. This practice will also ensure that you do the exercises regularly and made a set date.

3) Do not eat before going to bed

Food outlet before going to bed will not be digested. It will stay in your stomach for long and will eventually be deposited in your body as fat. Eat before going to bed is the surest way to grow a big belly!
