10 Crazy Distractions to Help You Stop Overeating


Do you find yourself so bored as you head straight to the fridge? Finding distractions and learn to have fun, you will not be tempted to turn to food. When you start to have fun, you will find it easier to stop overeating. Check out these crazy ideas and give them a try.

10. Imagine that you are a car. Make noises as you start your engine and make noises that you're revving your engine. Imagine yourself driving around in circles in the room. Honking loudly and make noises like your tires are abruptly. Imagine driving into the wall and ceiling. Use your imagination and do some extreme driving in your mind around the room.
