15 Ways to End Boredom and Keep Busy to Stop Overeating


If the first thing you do when you are bored is plop on the couch with food and watch TV then it's time for a change. If you can not think of something to do to stop being bored how can you stop overeating? You can also stop overeating by keeping your mouth happy. So, I've included some tips to ease your desires. Do not give up and run to the fridge. Here are some ideas to keep you busy. When you are having fun and enjoying yourself, it is easier to avoid the refrigerator and stop overeating. With 15 means listed below you are sure to find something you like to do to end the boredom. Let's start having fun.

1. Get together with friends and go through all your drawers and closets and find strange sets of garments to put together. Have everyone dress up as weird as they can use colors and wild patterns clash. Find strange objects around the house to use as part of your outfits to make them really outrageous.
