Fruit Juice Isn't Good for Dieters - Juice Diets Run the Risk of Weight Gain


Eating fruit is not bad in itself, but natural things is not always good. It is a popular misconception that can not be true. Apples are good, celery is good, arsenic is bad, belladonna is bad.
