Foods That You Should Simply Never Eat

Foods That You Should Simply Never Eat

Whether you are a man or a woman, trying to gain muscle or lose fat, you should be aware of the foods you eat. You could spend half an hour on the treadmill and put you through an intense workout and always find at the end of it, you only burn about 300 calories.

But did you know that a donut could easily cost you 300 calories same? This donut, which takes only minutes to consume, is about the same as half an hour on the treadmill. It does not really seem like a fair compromise.

Did you also know that a simple hot dog at the food court of one of the leading retailers in North America has 16 grams of saturated fat? That's almost all of your recommended daily allowance of saturated fat in a single element. If you add fries to this, and many people do, now you go about your daily recommended allowance of both saturated fat and sodium in one sitting.

With this in mind, it seems to me that it's not your fault. You just do not know. The purpose here is to describe foods that many people do not even know are as bad for you as you might think.

1. hotdogs.

Not just the largest retailer I spoke, but almost none of them. Most of them contain meat is mechanically separated. This means that all the good and useful parts of the animal was removed and turned into steak, pork chops and chicken, while the rest were fighting and ground into a pink paste. This is what most of the hot dogs are made.

2. Donuts.

I know, they are delicious, but many of them contain the type of unsaturated fat known as trans fatty name. Trans fats are artificially created and are much worse for your arteries as fat even saturated. It is used in many junk foods simply because it makes it taste delicious food. In fact, foods that contain trans fats are completely prohibited in Canada. But if you live in the United States, it is still a very real threat.

3. Potato Chips

First, I have to admit that it was more difficult to leave my food. I love my chips, but there is a very good reason for this. The chips contain what scientists call the perfect combination of tasty yet deadly triad of salt, sugar and fat.

Remember that a healthy lifestyle is more than just a diet, it requires a healthy diet, a diet and education exercise. You can diet and exercise all you want, but the challenge is to keep ahead of the advertisers who want to fill their bank accounts at the expense of your health and your wallet.
