1. You must make dramatic changes to your diet.

Make sudden and dramatic changes to your diet is not the best way to lose weight you'll be less likely to stay with them. Start with small changes with the foods you choose. 2. You have to starve yourself.

Although you will need to make changes to your diet, you can still enjoy your favorite foods in moderation and lose weight. If you reward yourself occasionally with a treat, you will find it much easier to keep your new lifestyle improving nutrition and fitness.
