Make a long list and verbalize your basic answers as often as possible aloud. The more reasons you have and they become more entrenched in your psyche, the more basic power, you will be able to draw on when the hard starts up. And we both know that hard times are a part of the change process.
Power of the heart truth comes to question who you are and leads to strong self-motivation and a commitment to your self. Committing your self to become the priority.
No commitment. No long-term health and fat loss results. Period.

Your environment or daily schedule packed? What can be erased both physically and mentally so that the space in your life can be created?
Cluttered environments and lifestyles tend to slow us down, keep us from moving forward and crowd out the potential space that is required for any change to occur, fat loss or otherwise.
Do you really need all these books, newspapers, magazines and meetings? Do you really need to be on Face book so often?
Create a space in your life so that you have the time and peace of mind, to do the things your body needs is crucial. The elimination of belly fat takes time and dedication to develop new habits and daily routines. Cluttered homes, work desk and spirit do nothing to speed up the process of further change.
As space physically erase aim to keep it free from clutter and space becomes available in your schedule, replace it with positive habits that reinforce answers to basic questions. Here are some ideas.
Replace eat on the go with sit and relax at mealtime. Replace the diet every day TV with a small daily dose of TV and get away from the addictive scintillation screens. God forbid, replace the constant supply of coffee, juice and soda with real water from time to time.
Replace the chaos on your desk with organizer and bedtimes 01:00 with better sleep habits. Replace coffee and cake routine with a walk and talk. Heck, here is an idea, replace the car with the power of the pedal and move your legs!
Create a space in your life and replacing old habits nourishing new positive behaviors is crucial if you want to drop belly fat and shape for good.
