Eat More and Exercise Less To Lose Weight


Diet and exercise will not let you achieve permanent weight loss. It does not work for 95% of dieters. This is a big lie! And it's not your fault. You have been brainwashed and your doctor tells you that you have to lose weight, and make a plan.

But they are just as ignorant as the general population has been duped by a food industry that knows the statistics, and uses a low self-esteem and despair diet to keep them "hooked" and constantly come back for the new "miracle diet".

If you are overweight the most likely reason is that the stress caused you to binge eat (stress eating) and changed your metabolism (increased cortisol stress hormone).

So now you try eating bland diet low in calories, low fat foods that leave you hungry. You try to exercise your butt (but really stressful, and makes your body automatically hungry until all your thoughts are your next meal). But neither eat less, exercise more and increase your chances of losing weight permanently!

So how can you improve your chances of losing weight permanently is? By eating more and more often. Because eating less automatically slows your metabolism within 2 days, the reverse is also true. When you eat more often, you maintain a feeling of satiety (fullness) and stabilizes sugar levels in the blood.

It makes your brain more happy, give you more energy - and actually increases your metabolic rate!

When you have been chronically under-eat, it's hard to get your body to feel comfortable with more food in your stomach. So start increasing the amount you eat slowly. Increase the number of meals you eat. Carry fruit or energy bars with you to give you a boost in the afternoon. Are you tired in the afternoon, not because you need caffeine, but because you need food!

Indulge ice cream, and things that you have been depriving yourself of, and eat it mindfully and have fun! Mindful eating is one of the best stress relievers. But you have to do it slowly and just focus on the food: no driving, watching television, talking, texting, reading, or anything else.

It will take some time to break old habit of undernourishment. But it occurs when your body is ready. Everyone is different; therefore accept and honor your own needs. Eat more, and then you will find that you feel better mentally, physically and especially. When your stress levels are lowered, this is the time that your body will release the extra weight he was carrying around.
