7 Easy Green Smoothie Recipes for Rapid Weight Loss


Research shows that green smoothies are one of the best ways to lose weight fast. However, it can be difficult to consume green smoothie, unless you've proven recipes. Here are some recipes easy to follow green smoothies that you can use.

No. 1. Mojito Mint green smoothie

Ingredients:

1.5 cups of fresh spinach
1 large handful of fresh mint
Coconut 3/4 cups water or regular water
The juice of 2 limes
3 teaspoons of hemp seeds (optional)
1 frozen banana or chopped fresh
ice cubes (optional)
2 teaspoons honey (optional)
Instructions

Add mint, spinach and coconut water (or ordinary water) in the NutriBullet together and stir until the mixture is smooth. Add hemp seeds, lime juice and bananas in your juicer, you can also add honey and ice cubes if desired, and stir until the mixture is smooth. Sprinkle the mixture with mint and lime.

Ingredients:

handful of spinach
handful of cabbage
¼ cup fresh parsley
5 frozen strawberries
½ lemon
¼ cucumber slices
3 teaspoons of hemp seed
1 cup almond milk
Instructions

Combine all your green liquid and vegetables in the NutriBullet, stir until the mixture is smooth. Adjust the speed and add the remaining ingredients, mix to the mixture is smooth.

No. 3. Grapefruit Avocado green smoothie

Ingredients:

1 med. frozen, chopped banana
½ med. grapefruit, peeled, chopped
¼ med. lawyer peeled
1 lg. handle cabbage and spinach
1. Ginger Root
1 c. of wheat grass powder, or choice
½ cup of filtered water or regular
Instructions

Gather all the listed ingredients and combine in your juicer and stir the mixture until it is even.

Ingredients:

Juice of 1 whole lemon
5 mini apples
Lg. Chuck peeled ginger
3 teaspoons of hemp seed
1 celery stalk
¼ cup chopped cucumbers
¼ cup fresh parsley
4 stalks of cabbage stemmed
1 cup water
Instructions

Mix all the vegetables in the NutriBullet then pour in liquids. Blend the mixture until it is smooth. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and mix until all the mixture is smooth.

No. 5. Apple Green Kale smoothie

Ingredients:

½ an apple
1 cup cabbage stalks
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ a lemon fresh or 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup water
1 serving of Vega A French Vanilla
Ice (optional)
Instructions

Gather all the ingredients and add them into your juicer. Blend the mixture until it is smooth.

Ingredients:

½ a grapefruit
1 cup of coconut water
8 fresh basil leaves

Add all ingredients into your juicer and blend until the mixture is smooth.

No. 7. Holiday Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 lg. oranges, peeled and quartered
1 lg. neighborhoods and cored apple
1 16 oz bottle of Kombucha, or apple juice
3 cups fresh spinach
Instructions

Put apples, kombucha (or apple juice) and oranges in the juicer. Mix the low mixture until the fruit is still. Add spinach mixed with fruit and increase high speed and mix until mixture is smooth and creamy texture.
